

4 oz fresh lump crabmeat
2 8oz packs of cream cheese
3 oz chopped bacon
2 stalks chopped green onion
1/2 leave Ritz cracker
2 oz sweet chili sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Start by combining cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and crab meat in a bowl.
Once ingredients are combined, pack the mixture firmly in a greased quart glass casserole bowl. Top with cooked bacon and crushed Ritz crackers, then drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 11 minutes, or until crackers are golden brown.
Serve with your favorite crackers or crisps.
